A substantial residential redevelopment currently in progress in Marden, involving the replacement of the existing dwelling together with the construction of a new double garage incorporating office accommodation above.
The project is being delivered in phases, with demolition and enabling works progressing alongside drainage and infrastructure, foundations, substructure and construction of the new ancillary building.
